APPOINTMENT OF AUDITING OFFICER
WHEREAS, Chapter 42:24 RCW requires that the District appoint an
Auditing Officer, whose responsibility it shall be to certify
that all claims are correct and due, and;
WHEREAS, this process can best be done by an administrator
situated in the District business office, who is familiar with
State law, District procedures and claims being presented:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thomas W.
- Staudacher, Fiscal
Officer for the District be appointed Auditing Officer for
- purposes of comp1 iance with 42:24 RCW.
