WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2
has a statutory obI igation to employ regular certificated personnel by
written contract, and
WHEREAS, it is essential to the success of the District's educational
program that personnel vacancies for the ensuing school year be
identified well in advance so that well-qualified replacements may be
located and employed, and
WHEREAS, as of this date the District and the unrepresented certificated
staff members will be engaged in negotiations for the 1976-77 school
year and the Board has not adopted final certificated employee salary
schedules and other appl icable terms of employment for the 1976-77 schoo...
