WHEREAS: The Board of Directors sometimes finds it is in the
best interest of the Everett School District not to renew contracts
of certificated employees, and
WHEREAS: Notice of non-renewal must be given in accordance
with law, and
WHEREAS: It is necessary to designate certain officials to carry
out decisions of the Board of Directors not to renew these contracts,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Secretary to
the Board and/ or the President of the Board is authorized to
execute and sign these notices for and in behalf of the Board,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: The following words be entered
in the notice of non-renewal of contracts,
