Forest View inventor invited to national convention
Tilted dispenser invention earns state recognition, competes nationally
Everett, WA – Forest View Elementary School fifth
grader Callia Park couldn’t stand not getting the last
few ounces of her shampoo out of the bottle.
- With her Highly Capable class encouraging
students to participate in the Washington state
Innovation Convention, she created a display board
and kept her notes in an innovation notebook.
- Park’s performance earns her an invitation to
participate in the National Innovation Convention at
the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI on May 29
and 30, which she plans to attend.
