state recognition program
Recognized schools are in the top
20 percent on multiple measures
Everett, WA—Over the past year,
the Office of Superintendent of
Public Instruction, State Board of
Education, and Educational
Opportunity Gap Oversight and
Accountability Committee created
a new system of recognizing and
celebrating schools’ achievement
on the Washington School
Improvement Framework (WSIF) measures.
- • Cedar Wood Elementary was recognized for high achievement in English Language
Acquisition (ELA), Math, and School Quality and Student Success (SQSS) measures.
