Use of Tobacco, or Tobacco-Like Nicotine Products and Delivery Devices on School
Property
The board of directors recognizes that to protect students from exposure to the addictive
substance of nicotine and to set a smoking-free example for students, employees and officers
of the district, students and all community members, have an obligation as role models to
refrain from the use of tobacco and tobacco-like products and delivery devices on school district
property at all times.
