A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ACT ON
BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN MATTERS OF INVESTMENT
OF SCHOOL DISTRICT FUNDS
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest ofthe District to have funds invested when not needed
for current operations; and
WHEREAS, RCW 28A.320.300 provides that the Board ofDirectors may delegate authority to
an employee, officer or agent of the school district to direct investment activity through the county
treasurer for the benefit ofthe District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors ofthe Everett School
District No.
