SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION CHANGE ORDER LIMITATION

WHEREAS, the Everett School District No.2 is presently engaged in a
number of construction projects and anticipates such activity will continue on a
substantial basis in the future; and
WHEREAS, the need arises from time to time on such construction projects
for consideration of change order requests; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Everett School District No.2
determines it to be in the best interest of the School District to delegate review
and approval authority on a limited basis for certain change orders; thus,
