Jackson student wins top national DECA honors
Kelsey Metcalf, a junior from Jackson High School in the Everett School District, competed April 28 - May 1, 2009 at the national DECA conference in Anaheim, Calif.
Kelsey, only a junior, will have the opportunity to compete next year to add to the two national medallions she earned this year.
Next year’s national competition will be in held April 24–27, 2010 in Louisville, Ky.
Past national competitions have been in Orlando, Louisville, Denver, Atlanta and Dallas.
