Those present: Susan Bradshaw, Dayna Eden, John Monroe, Genifer Ritter, Curtis Takahashi,John Thornquist, Toon Timmermans, Dick Sander, Brian Day, Carl Fender, Anneliese Vance-Sherman, Snohomish County Labor Economist, Guest and Diane Storm, recorder.
Retail, leisure and hospitality showed some growth also but were lower wages and not steady work.
Data shows that contract work is going through employment agencies with possible long term hiring.
