Abstract:	Submitted by the STEM Team April 18, 2014Strategic Priorities 1.1b, 1.1c, 1.2aThis week the STEM Leadership Network (SLN) will meet for a full day workshop. During this workshop, the SLN will address the idea of “STEM literacy” and the attributes needed for a STEM fluency The day will begin at Aviation Technology Services (http://atsmro.com). The SLN will attend a short tour and spend time talking with employees about the knowledge and skills needed for success in various positions. During all these experiences the SLN will reflect on what “STEM literacy” means through these vantage points.
