CANCEL WARRANTS NOT PRESENTED WITHIN ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, Everett School District maintains a'system of funds with the County Treasurer
in accordance with state law, and;
WHEREAS, Everett School District recognizes the need to cancel warrants not presented
within one year of their issue pursuant with RCW 39-56-040;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that warrants not presented within one year of
their date of call, be canceled on an annual basis.
