RESOLUTION NO.
- WHEREAS, Snohomish County on February 27, 1991 adopted Ordinance
91-027 which created a new Title 26C to the Snohomish County Code;
and
WHEREAS,
provides
and
the Ordinance provides for school adequacy standards and
for an impact fee program for public school facil i ties;
WHEREAS, current projections of future school enrollments indicate
a potential 30% increase in enrollments through 1996; and
WHEREAS,
sufficient
