- WHEREAS, provisions ofW.A.C.
- 392-342-025 and W.A.C.
- 392-344-035 require
certification by the Board of Directors concerning racial imbalance prohibition related to
construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a replacement project is proposed for James Momoe Elementary School;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett
School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, certifies that the proposed school
facility will not create or aggravate racial imbalance, as defined in the above Washington
Administrative Code, within the Everett School District boundaries.
