AResolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District"): (i) declaring the
existence of an emergency due to fire damage at Cascade High
School, (ti) waiving the requirements of RCW 28A.335.190 with
respect to purchases and contracts associated with remedial
action for such damage, and (iii) authorizing the District's
Superintendent to expedite repairs with respect to such
damage.
- The Everett Fire Department responded to the alarm at approximately 11:30 p.m.,
secured the alarm, and left the Cascade High School campus at approximately 4:00 a.m.
