XIV.
- The Contractor shall report child abuse and neglect as is required of
mandated reporters in RCW 26.44.030 (1)(a) and (1)(b).
- In addition,
when the Contractor or any employee of the Contractor has
reasonable cause to believe that a child has suffered abuse or neglect
at the hands of any person, the Contractor or employee shall
immediately report such incident to Child Protective Services (CPS)
